Sand’s reach is an excellent base for staying in Tenby because it’s a flat walk to town and less than 2 minutes from North Beach. It is comfortably furnished with 2 double beds and full size bunk beds in two bedrooms. There is a lounge with smart tv, plus a well equipped kitchen diner.
The cottage is the perfect place for friends, couples and families, pets are welcome too!

The Space
Sand’s Reach is a cosy cottage situated just outside the town walls so is perfect for those who want to park the car and ignore for their stay.
There is a comfortable lounge with leather sofas and a smart television which leads onto a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge.
Upstairs, there is a snug double bedroom, plus a family room with double bed and full size bunk beds. A bathroom with bath and overhead shower complete the cottage.
There isn’t any outside space with the cottage but because of its location, it’s easy to make the most of beer gardens and beaches.
Guest Access
The cottage can be found on the main road into Tenby, it’s possible to pull up outside to unload and then park the car in one of the town’s car parks. Alternatively if arriving by bus or train, it is an easy five minute walk.
Other things to note
By booking, guests agree to abide by the house rules, these are:
- Absolutely no smoking within the house.
- Maximum of 2 dogs but not allowed on furniture or upstairs. £10 per dog per stay.
- Pembrokeshire is very strict on sorting rubbish and recycling so a £75 fee will be applied if rubbish isn’t sorted properly.
- The house is in a residential area, with some elderly neighbours and younger families, so please be very respectful with noise.
- The house must be left in a clean manner and all used beds stripped.
