The cottage has been renovated to a high standard and provide 2 double bedrooms, a bunk bed room with 2 lots of bunks, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a spacious, sunny living room and a great dining room.

There are some lovely period features in the house such as marble fireplaces and quarry tiles in the hall.

The Space

Hobbes Cottage is a great place for friends or families due to its great layout. There are two double bedrooms and a great bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, so more than enough room for 8 guests.

The brand new kitchen has a state of the art cooker, along with 5 burner gas hob and dishwasher, there is a cozy corner seating area, perfect for children’s high tea or sitting with a cuppa.

The living room is wonderfully bright and sunny, with a bay window and beautiful marble fireplace, whilst the dining room is a great, separate room with more than enough room for everyone to enjoy their meal.

Two bathrooms (1 ensuite) will ensure that everyone can clean their teeth easily. The outside area, whilst small has plenty of space to catch the sun throughout the day, or enjoy a barbeque in the Summer sun.

Guest Access

You’ll be able to enjoy the whole house and garden.

Other things to note

Please ensure that the house is left clean and tidy and that you have followed the instructions about what to do with the rubbish. Pembrokeshire has a high recycling rate and visitors can help maintain that.

Please ensure all dog waste is picked up immediately and put in appropriate bins.
