The Space
The flat is situated just 5 minutes’ easy stroll to the centre of Tenby and its beaches. There is a garden across the road which guests can use, this has (steep) steps down to North Beach – if you’d rather a gentler way down, the path is just 2 minutes’ walk away. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, and a cost of £10 each.
The flat has been recently extensively renovated and has a comfortable double bedroom with ample storage for guests’ clothing, plus a snug bunk bed room for children. The shower room has a large walk in shower and contemporary sanitary ware, however the shining star of the flat is the stunning, open plan living room. This large room has a corner sofa to curl up on, as well as a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a sociable dining area. The original shutters frame the large window, with stunning views out to sea – perfect for sitting with a cuppa or a sneaky glass of wine!
Guest Access
The flat is found on the croft, less than 5 minutes’ easy walk to town and beaches. There are 4 shallow steps to the entrance building, it is found on the ground floor.
Use North Beach Car Park.
Other things to note
By booking, guests agree to abide by the house rules, these are:
- Absolutely no smoking within the house.
- Maximum of 2 dogs, not allowed on furniture or upstairs. £10 per dog per stay.
- Pembrokeshire is very strict on sorting rubbish and recycling. A £75 fee will be applied if rubbish isn’t sorted properly.
- The house is in a residential area, with some elderly neighbours and younger families, so please be very respectful with noise.
- The house must be left in a clean manner, and all used beds stripped.
